Team Apex – Shipping Policy

Team Apex is committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If there’s ever a delay due to stock or high demand, we’ll notify you right away.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
For orders under that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

(Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier.)


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this link to check real-time updates directly from the carrier.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact teamapexshop@gmail.com.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate or replace your package. Team Apex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered,” but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve the issue.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Team Apex is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
